PRP MASK

Definition: The cellular mask (special soft-tissue mask impregnated with the client’s own growth factors and plasma) is aimed at plasma resurfacing and topical rejuvenation of the facial skin, epidermis and dermis.
WHAT IS A PRP FACE MASK?
A  PRP-MASK, means a special tissue-paper mask impregnated with the clients own PRP, and is applied to the skin surface of the face to enhance a skin rejuvenation process, and to ameliorate wrinkles etc. PRP is a tiny fraction of your plasma and is rich in blood-platelets and growth factors. Platelet-rich plasma is abbreviated as PRP, and is only obtained from the client that is to be treated. This is termed autologous PRP and means that it is derived from the same person. PRP application from another person for these purposes is illegal in South Africa, and therefore will not be issued by a Blood Transfusion Service. This safe-guards the public.
